Michael joined the Thompson Group in March 2017 as a tooling tester, and his skills and enthusiasm quickly made him stand out. In just 11 short months he was promoted to Workshop Supervisor, and shortly afterwards, Workshop Manger. Now as General Manager, he liaises with key stakeholders of the business to ensure work is completed on time, with consistency and to the highest of standards. He forms a key part of our professional senior management team.

A member of the founding family, Adam has extensive experience across a broad range of disciplines and industry sectors. His "can do" attitude and appetite for business development has seen him play a pivotal role in the continued growth and expansion of the Thompson Group of Companies.
